How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

- Contact our support team and we'll help you submit the request.

After a refund
Once a refund is approved, the purchase amount is returned to your original payment method. Access to the refunded course is revoked when the refund is completed. Refund handling is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
