1. Who we are

CourseGenerator AI Pro is operated by Hope Foundation Educate to Elevate ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a contract with Hope Foundation Educate to Elevate and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or continuing to use CourseGenerator AI Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. The service

CourseGenerator AI Pro is an AI-assisted course builder and learning marketplace. It generates course blueprints, lessons, slides, quizzes, labs, capstone projects and certificates, and provides an AI tutor for learners.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others, including by submitting content you have no right to use.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping the service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
  • Generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware instructions, or attempt to jailbreak the AI models.

5. AI-generated content

  • You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use generated outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without qualified oversight.
  • As between you and us, you may use the course content you generate; we retain all rights in the service itself. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Rights holders may contact us to request takedown of infringing material; repeated infringement may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

7. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

8. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately; we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

12. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
